Aero Endeavors Acquires SkyTrax USA, Strengthening Innovation in Experimental Aviation

Hayden, ID —6/20/25 – Aero Endeavors is proud to announce the acquisition of SkyTrax USA, a trailblazing manufacturer of Yamaha aviation gearboxes and a pioneer in adapting Yamaha 3-cylinder engines for experimental aircraft. This strategic acquisition marks a significant milestone in Aero Endeavors’ mission to push the boundaries of experimental aviation performance and engineering excellence.

SkyTrax USA has earned a reputation for OE-level quality and precision engineering. Their industry-leading Yamaha gearboxes and water pump systems have set new standards for performance and reliability. By integrating SkyTrax’s innovative product line, Aero Endeavors will continue to support and distribute the Yamaha Gearbox for the Apex and Nytro engine platforms, as well as SkyTrax’s proven water pump products.

Saner brings decades of experience in high-performance Yamaha engine development, having built and maintained engines for professional racing teams across watercraft and road racing disciplines. His deep expertise aligns perfectly with SkyTrax’s engineering ethos and product philosophy.
